At Crunchiva, we are committed to delivering fresh, premium-quality dry fruits, nuts, and healthy snacks to your doorstep in a timely and secure manner. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across most locations in India.
If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and process a full refund for prepaid orders.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, transportation delays, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on eligible orders or during promotional campaigns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Crunchiva.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking ID / AWB Number (where available)

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Delivery Address
  • PIN Code

Crunchiva will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Check the package before accepting it.
  • If the package is severely damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery.
  • Contact our customer support immediately with photos of the package and your order details.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A missing item
  • A damaged product

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please provide:

 

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video (recommended)

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier partner delays

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal (without valid reason)

may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

Cash on Delivery (If Available)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered:

 

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
