Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product package was tampered with before delivery.
  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption.
  • An item is missing from your order.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please contact our customer support with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video (recommended for damaged or missing items)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your request has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team will contact you to collect your bank details for processing the refund.

Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (where applicable)

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened food products
  • Products consumed partially or fully
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Orders where the issue is reported after the eligible reporting period
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Order details
  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, damaged item, or defective product), we will bear the applicable shipping costs.

Failed Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

 

Refunds for such orders may be subject to deduction of shipping and handling charges.

Quality Assurance

Our products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Since food products are sensitive to handling and storage conditions, we recommend:

  • Store products in a cool and dry place.
  • Keep the package tightly sealed after opening.
  • Consume before the Best Before date mentioned on the packaging.
