1. How do I place an order?

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?

8. What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?
Our delivery partner will usually make additional delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or consumed food products cannot be returned. Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered products.
12. How do I request a refund or replacement?
Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
13. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
14. Are your products fresh?
Yes. We carefully source, inspect, and pack our products to ensure freshness and quality before dispatch
15. How should I store dry fruits and nuts?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the package tightly sealed or transfer the contents to an airtight container.
16. Do your products contain preservatives?
Product ingredients are clearly listed on the packaging. Please refer to the product label for complete ingredient and nutritional information.
17. Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. Our products are 100% vegetarian.
18. Do I need an account to place an order?
